Email verification and sign-in
I didn’t get the verification email
- Wait a couple minutes and check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Use the “Resend verification email” link on the verification page.
- Confirm the email address you entered has no typos.
- Ask your IT to allow-list our sender domain and links (some corporate filters delay delivery).
My verification link says it’s invalid or expired
Verification links are valid for a limited time. Go back to the verification page and choose “Resend verification email.” You can also use the 4‑digit code from the email instead of the link.
Where do I enter the 4‑digit code?
On the verification page, enter the 4 digits into the boxes and click “Verify Code.” If you don’t see the boxes, refresh the page and try again.
I clicked the link but it says I’m already verified
You can proceed to sign in. If you’re redirected, use the sign‑in page and you should see a “verified” confirmation.
I used the wrong email during signup
On the verification page, choose “Cancel current signup & use different email” to start over with the correct address.
Account tips
- Use the same browser window when completing verification for a smoother experience.
- If a link was opened on another device, request a fresh link on the device you plan to use.
- If you see rate limits, wait a minute before trying again.
Password reset & access
I forgot my password
Use the Reset password page and follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email with a reset link.
I didn’t receive the reset email
- Check Spam/Junk folders and wait a couple minutes.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address on the reset page.
- Request a new reset email if the previous one expired.
The reset link is invalid or expired
Links expire after a period of time. Return to Reset password and request a fresh link.
Single sign‑on (SSO) troubleshooting
I’m stuck in a login loop
- Open the link in the same browser window where you started the login.
- Try an incognito/private window to bypass cached sessions and extensions.
- Ensure third‑party cookies aren’t fully blocked for your SSO provider.
My organization’s SSO isn’t listed
Use your email/password temporarily and contact your IT admin to add SSO access. You can also reach support for guidance.
